We cannot accept product returns except for those that are defective at the time of delivery.
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives.
Although we make every effort to ensure orders are correct, if the item you received is different from the one you ordered or is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, we will have the item returned or exchanged.
Please note that we will only deal with issues such as damaged products or incorrect quantities within one week after the date of delivery.
Situations where product returns cannot be accepted:
Returns solely for customer convenience
After the product has been used
Return request submitted 1 week after delivery
Products returned to us without prior notice
Products that were not properly delivered back to us
If we judge that a return or exchange is not possible
